New Workshops Timetable

Wheel Throwing – with Ellen Vasiliauskas

Suitable for beginners & those with previous experience. Beginners will be introduced to the fundamentals of wheel throwing & experienced students will work on a tailored learning program.

Starting: Monday 4 April 2016 for 5 weeks (excl 25 April) Mondays 6 pm – 9 pm

OR Tuesday 5 April 2016 for 5 weeks Tuesdays 9.30 am – 12.30 pm

OR Saturday 9 April 2016 for 5 weeks Saturdays 1.00 pm – 4 pm

Cost: Members $150/Non-members $180 (Pay as you go for materials & firing) (Tea & coffee provided)

Print & Mark Making on Clay – with Ellen Appleby

Learn how to create some sample tiles by making marks & creating designs on clay using printmaking techniques with slips & underglazes. The workshop will cover tetra pak intaglio, linocuts & much more.

Starting: Tuesday 7 June 2016 for 4 weeks Tuesdays 2 pm – 5 pm

Cost: Members $100/Non-members $120 (Tea & coffee provided)

Hand Building Basics – with Vicki Bradbury & Domi Cohen

Suitable for beginners & intermediates. Make 3D forms with clay & produce a vase & a box.

Starting: Monday 4 July 2016 for 6 weeks Mondays 9 am – 12 noon

(excl 1 & 8 August for drying & bisque firing)
